The documents are available in a 'Zip' archive format, and are in Adobe PDF file format. Please click the word 'Download' to start the download to your computer. If you do not have the required 'Free Adobe Acrobat Reader', please click on the words 'Obtain Adobe Acrobat Reader' to download the reader from the Adobe internet site. If you do not want to use any of those forms you can obtain printed copies of the files by writing to W.P.R.C. at its post office box address of:
Documents and forms, other than those which need to have a check accompanying them, are required to be emailed to wprc@wprcinfo.org.
Emailing documents and forms should provide the ability for quicker processing and responses when required, as well as reduce overhead for WPRC.

The filled in forms can be saved on your computer for reference and for printing later.

The WPRC Form 105 is an obsolete form (do not use) for listing a repeater’s information for publication in the ARRL Repeater Directory,
which since 2016 no longer uses verified information from repeater councils and instead contains raw “crowd-sourced” data from RepeaterBook.
Because many of the entries in the “OeAaxL(CA)” column have become meaningless in the 40+ years since ARRL created them.
WPRC is contemplating dropping them entirely in favor of switching to a “common language” comments field in our listings.

Also available is the Waiver of Standard Repeater Spacing form. Please note that 'This form is to be used when a repeater does not meet WPRC's spacing policies and the trustee must obtain a waiver of spacing from another trustee.' Please note that this form is included in the package listed above, although you can simply click on the words Waiver of Standard Repeater Spacing to view this form. You can also use the online pdf version, which allows you to type in-rather than hand fill in the document and print on your local printer.
Lastly you can obtain and print a copy of the Official Record Of Interference form (WPRC-104). Please note that this form is not included in the above package of coordination forms. This form is to be used to report any interference problems that you experience. Please click on the words Official Record of Interference to view the form. You can also use the online pdf version, which allows you to type in-rather than hand fill in the document and print on your local printer.
